In other words, we’ve had a chat and determined that your vacation dreams are aligned with our magic, and we can serve you fantastically. So, what’s next? 

  1. The bookitbox TRAVEL Design Fee is collected (why do we collect a design fee?)
  2. You are added to the bookitbox TRAVEL queue! 
  3. We begin crafting your perfect vacation.
  4. Our team shares your trip proposals for feedback.
  5. Agreement is made on your itinerary.
  6. We confirm reservations on airfare, accommodations, and experiences.
  7. Final travel documents are received about 14-30 days prior to your departure date. 
  8. We assemble your bookitbox.
  9. Your bookitbox is delivered.
  10. You do the happy vacation dance.
